Are you driven, curious, and ready to launch your career in tech sales? Azar Pixel is looking for a motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This hands-on internship gives you real-world experience, personalized coaching, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role with one of the most innovative companies in the A/V repair and LED technology industry.

As a Customer Relations Specialist , you’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts:

• Research and identify companies that can benefit from our repair services and LED solutions
• Prospect, cold call, and message potential clients to create new conversations
• Send and manage outbound emails and follow-ups using HubSpot CRM
• Schedule calls and demos for our Account Executives with qualified leads
• Assist with outbound sales campaigns and track performance
• Engage AV professionals across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support the sales and marketing teams with reporting and admin tasks

• Are confident, outgoing, and enjoy making cold calls
• Communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and on the phone
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• Have strong research skills and curiosity
• Are currently in school or a recent graduate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
• Have sales, retail, or marketing experience (a plus, but not required)

• Practical, hands-on experience in B2B tech sales
• Training in prospecting, pipeline building, and sales strategy
• Exposure to HubSpot CRM and modern outbound sales techniques
• Direct mentorship and coaching from experienced sales leaders
• Networking opportunities with professionals in the AV industry
