Construction Electrical Supervisor - Contract 11 + months

Your Day-to-Day: \n - Ensure scopes of work are properly planned, reviewed and executed in a timely manner
\n - Look ahead at upcoming work and provide input to the design as necessary to resolve issues
\n - P6 schedule reviews and provide input to durations, logic and status updates
\n - Lead and manage crews to ensure work is being carried out safe and error free
\n - Layout Project work and assure readiness
\n - Perform constructability review/walkdown of engineering design documents and provide feedback for correction to the design.
\n - Review and stage materials to support the 6 week schedule look ahead.
\n - To understand all drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation.
\n - To work collaboratively in a TEAM environment and interface with site CM, PM and direct reports
\n - To verify that all drawings, submittals, and specifications are accurate.
\n - Reports daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety
\n - Facilitates the Request for Information (RFI) process with the EPC and site engineering.
\n - Perform inspections of equipment being installed to verify it's done correctly and per the scope of work and specifications.
\n - Review project completion documentation.
\n - Interfaces with project's designated safety, engineering and quality control parties
\n - Help facilitate field commissioning and turnover.
\n - To create good relationships with the EPC and others on site.
\n - To ensure that safety is the number one priority on all sites.

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: \n - High school diploma or equivalent
\n - 5+ yrs as a construction electrical supervisor experience.
\n - Nuclear Electrician experience 5-10 years preferred
\n - Must be able to pass the nuclear background, drug screen and obtain and maintain a nuclear site red badge.
\n
\n
- Must have a NCCER Industrial electrician certification or equivalent experience
\n
- Experience in new construction and maintenance modifications
\n - Problem Solving
\n - Scheduling to include creating logic ties
\n - Installation of Conduit and Supports
\n - Installation of copper and fiber cables
\n - Cable terminations and modifications
\n - Installation of power and control panels/ switch gear
\n - Ability to use a multi meter to include Live-Dead-Live
\n - Raychem splicing of low voltage
\n - Electrical safe work practices
\n - Clearance order verifications
\n - Temporary power installation
\n - Experience in nuclear power as JM electrician
\n

\n - Must be able to pass an on-site industrial electrician proficiency test
\n - Knowledge in use of computers, communications and simple database functions
\n

\n - We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $156,000 - $164,320 annually.
