Now Hiring Level 2 Security Guards – Bernalillo County Metropolitan Courthouse

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Location: Albuquerque, NM

We are currently seeking Level 2 Security Guards to join our team at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Courthouse .

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure safety and security of the courthouse facility, staff, and visitors
• Monitor designated areas and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Respond to emergencies or incidents calmly and professionally
• Conduct regular inspections and report safety concerns
• Maintain detailed, accurate incident reports
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Current Level 2 Guard License required
• Minimum 3 years of security experience
• Must be able to pass a background check through the courthouse
• Must pass a drug screening
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License preferred
• Strong attention to detail and judgment in high-pressure situations
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
