local electrical contractor in the area to find an
Electrical Superintendent to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all field operations on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Supervise and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices to maintain high-performance standards
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies
- Review blueprints, specifications, and job site conditions to prevent issues and ensure quality installations
- Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics to optimize efficiency
- Conduct site meetings and progress reports with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve on-site challenges as needed
- Monitor and track job performance, reporting updates to project managers and company leadership
Qualifications: - 7+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing crews and overseeing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation techniques, and industry codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in job site coordination and scheduling
- Stable work history
- OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Preferred but Not Required: - Journeyman or Master Electrician license
